Community Standards

Creator Club is a small, private community. These standards describe how we expect members to behave here, what we will not accept, and what happens when someone crosses the line. They apply to everyone: members, club leaders and our own team.

They sit alongside the Terms of Membership and form part of them. Where the two overlap, the Terms prevail.

What we expect

• Speak in your own voice. Share what you have actually experienced, including the parts that did not work.
• Be accurate. If you describe a result, describe it as your own, not as something others can expect.
• Be respectful. Disagreement is welcome; contempt is not.
• Respect other people's privacy. Do not identify colleagues, clients or family members without their agreement.
• Respect other people's work. Only post text, images or ideas you are free to share.

What is not allowed

• Harassment, bullying, threats, or hateful and discriminatory content of any kind, including content targeting someone's race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, age, sex, sexual orientation or gender identity
• Earnings claims, income promises, or any suggestion that membership leads to financial results
• Promotion of investments, financial products, or business opportunities to other members
• Advertising, recruiting for other programmes, or sending unsolicited messages
• Impersonating another person, or claiming a role or affiliation with us, NovaX8 or a partner that you do not hold
• Unlawful, defamatory, sexually explicit, violent or otherwise obscene content
• Sharing anyone else's personal data, private messages or confidential information
• Content that infringes copyright, trade marks or other rights
• Attempts to break, scrape, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the app
• Copying or redistributing Club content outside the Club without our written permission

Sharing your story

Every story submitted through the app is read by our team before anything is published. Nothing appears automatically, and we contact you before your story goes live.

We may decline a story, or edit it for length, clarity or house style. Where an edit changes your meaning, we show you the edited version first. You can ask us to take a published story down at any time by writing to support@creatorclub.uk.

Please keep stories text-only and about your own experience. Do not include contact details, links, promotional material, or information about other people who have not agreed to appear.

Reporting something

If you see content in the Club that breaks these standards, tell us at support@creatorclub.uk. Include the title of the post or story and, if you can, a screenshot.

We look at every report. We respond within 5 working days and, where content clearly breaches these standards, we remove it sooner. We do not tell the author who reported them.

When standards are broken

Depending on how serious the breach is, we may:

1. remove or edit the content
2. contact you and ask you to put it right
3. suspend your access while we look into it
4. close your membership

For a first, minor breach we normally speak to you before taking any other step. For serious breaches — threats, hateful content, unlawful material, or conduct that puts other members at risk — we act immediately and without warning.

If you believe we got a decision wrong, write to support@creatorclub.uk and a different member of our team will review it.

Changes and contact

We may update these standards as the community grows. Each version carries a number and a date, and the current version is always available in the app under Settings and on this page. Significant changes are announced in the app before they take effect.
