Terms of Membership

Version 1.0 · September 2026 · OG Capital Ltd

1. About us and these terms

Creator Club is operated by OG Capital Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 15608322, with its registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.

In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean OG Capital Ltd. "You" and "your" mean the person who holds a Creator Club membership. "App" means the Creator Club mobile application, and "website" means creatorclub.uk.

These terms form a binding agreement between you and us. They explain what your membership includes, what we expect from you, and what you can expect from us. Please read them before you accept. By ticking the confirmation boxes when you first enter the Club, you agree to these terms, and we record the version you accepted together with the date and time.

You can contact us at any time at support@creatorclub.uk or by writing to the registered office above.

2. What Creator Club is

Creator Club is a private members community delivered through a mobile app. Membership gives you access to:

Creator Club is an independent product and brand operated by OG Capital Ltd. NovaX8 and any other partner company are separate legal entities. They provide the sign-in used to access the Club and may decide who is eligible for a membership, but they do not operate the Club, do not set these terms and are not party to this agreement.

Nothing you read or receive in the Club is an offer of employment, a business opportunity, an investment, or a promise of income.

3. Who can become a member

Membership is available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old. By accepting these terms you confirm that you are 18 or over. If we learn that a member is under 18, we will close the membership.

Creator Club is not open to the general public. Memberships are granted free of charge through our partner programmes, currently including NovaX8 and other partner companies we may work with from time to time. Eligibility is determined by the relevant partner programme and by us, and we may decline or withdraw a membership at our discretion, acting reasonably.

Your membership is personal to you. You may not share, sell, transfer or lend your access, or let anyone else use your account.

4. Your account and signing in

You access the Club by signing in through NovaX8, which acts as the authentication provider. When you sign in, NovaX8 confirms your identity to us and passes us your member identifier, name, email address and, where available, your phone number.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for any activity that takes place under your account. Tell us promptly at support@creatorclub.uk if you believe someone else has gained access to it.

The sign-in process is operated by NovaX8 under its own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the availability or security of that service, and you should read the terms that apply to it.

If your relationship with the partner programme that granted your membership ends, or the partner withdraws your eligibility, your access to the Club may end as well. We will tell you if that happens.

5. Membership is free and granted at our discretion

Membership costs nothing. There is no subscription, no purchase inside the app, and we will never ask you for payment details through the Club.

Because membership is free and granted through partner programmes, it does not give you a contractual entitlement to any particular content, event, feature or benefit. We may add, change, limit or remove parts of the Club, and we may run content or events for some members only.

We do not promise that your membership will lead to income, business results, professional opportunities or any other outcome. Anything you read in the Club about the experiences of other people describes their situation, not a result you can expect.

6. Content in the Club

The content we publish in Learn and Club Pulse is provided for general information and personal development. It is not professional advice, and in particular it is not financial, investment, tax, legal, medical or employment advice.

You should not rely on it when making decisions that matter to you. Where a decision has financial or legal consequences, take advice from a qualified professional who knows your circumstances.

Some content is contributed by members, club leaders or partners. Views expressed there are those of the author. We review member submissions before publication, but we do not verify the accuracy of every statement, and we are not responsible for opinions expressed by contributors.

7. Stories you submit

You can send us a written story through the "Share your story" form. A few things to be clear about:

By submitting a story you confirm that it is your own work, that it does not infringe anyone else's rights, that any person you describe or identify has agreed to being named, and that it contains nothing unlawful.

Please do not submit confidential information, other people's personal data, or special category data such as health or political details — about yourself or anyone else.

8. Community standards

Creator Club is a respectful space. When you use it, you agree not to:

If you breach these standards we may remove content, issue a warning, suspend your access, or close your membership. Where the breach is minor and can be put right, we will normally contact you first. The full Community Standards form part of these terms.

9. Events

The Events section tells you about online and in-person gatherings. The app provides information only: it does not sell tickets, take reservations or process payments.

When you tap "How to join the event", you leave the app and continue on the organiser's own page, under that organiser's terms. Some events are organised by us, others by partners or third parties. Where an event is run by someone else, your agreement to attend is with them, and we are not responsible for the event, its content, its cancellation or anything that happens there.

Event details, including dates, times and locations, may change. Times shown for online events are given in the source time zone and in your local time; if the two disagree, the organiser's stated time applies.

When you attend a Creator Club event in person, you are responsible for your own travel, accommodation and costs, and you agree to follow any house rules at the venue.

10. Intellectual property

The Creator Club name, logo, design, app, website and all content we publish are owned by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright, trade mark and other laws.

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and use the app and to view its content for your own use as a member, for as long as your membership lasts.

You may not copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, sell, rent, sublicense or create derivative works from any part of the Club, or remove any notice of ownership, unless we have agreed in writing or the law permits it.

If you believe content in the Club infringes your rights, write to support@creatorclub.uk with details and we will look into it promptly.

11. Availability, changes and app stores

We aim to keep the Club available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may suspend it for maintenance, updates or technical reasons, and we may change, limit or discontinue features. Where a change significantly reduces what your membership offers, we will give you reasonable notice.

You need a compatible device, a current version of the app and an internet connection. Your mobile provider's data charges are your own.

App Store and Google Play. This agreement is between you and us, not with Apple Inc. or Google LLC. Neither of them is responsible for the app, its content, its maintenance or support, or for any claim you may have in connection with it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a relevant embargo and are not on any prohibited-party list. You must also comply with the terms of the app store you downloaded the app from.

12. Ending your membership

You may leave at any time, without giving a reason, by writing to support@creatorclub.uk or using the option in the app. Deleting the app on its own does not close your membership.

We may suspend or close your membership if you breach these terms or the community standards, if we are required to do so by law, if the partner programme through which you joined withdraws your eligibility, or if we discontinue the Club. Except where the breach is serious or we must act immediately, we will give you notice and a chance to put things right.

When your membership ends, your access to the Club stops. Stories of yours that are already published may remain unless you ask us to take them down. We keep your data only as described in the Privacy Notice.

Sections that by their nature should survive the end of this agreement — including intellectual property, the licence you granted for published stories, liability and governing law — continue to apply.

13. Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Subject to that, and because your membership is provided free of charge:

We supply the app for personal use. If you use it for any commercial purpose, we have no liability to you for business losses.

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill.

14. Complaints, law and your rights as a consumer

If something goes wrong, please tell us first at support@creatorclub.uk. We acknowledge complaints within 5 working days and aim to resolve them within 30 days.

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales.

If you live in the European Union or the EEA, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of your own country. You may bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live, and we will bring any proceedings against you there. For members in Italy, this includes the rights under the Codice del Consumo (Legislative Decree 206/2005).

If you live in the United Kingdom, you may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales or, where the law allows, in Scotland or Northern Ireland.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example to reflect new features, a change in our partners, or a change in the law.

Each version carries a version number and a date. When we make a change that affects your rights or obligations in a significant way, we will tell you in the app or by email at least 14 days in advance, and you will be asked to accept the new version the next time you open the Club. If you do not accept it, you can end your membership as described in section 12. Minor changes take effect when we publish them.
